Announcing the Upcoming Launch of the AI Center for Government October 16, 2024 The Partnership for Public Service believes artificial intelligence has the potential to transform the government’s ability to deliver effective, equitable solutions and services to the public. Early next year, we will launch the Partnership for Public Service AI Center for Government™, which is dedicated to cultivating AI leadership, talent and literacy within the government. The Center will help ensure the government is a responsible user and smart regulator of AI technology. Through the Center, we will: Generate a culture of recognition that drives the responsible implementation of AI in government to deliver for the people Significantly scale our AI Government Leadership Program Establish new programming to build a pipeline of AI entry-talent into government through our Future Leaders Internship Program Foster a vibrant learning community of AI leaders through roundtables, speaker series and convenings This enterprise-wide initiative builds on the Partnership’s more than 20 years of experience convening and developing government leaders, including through our premier AI Government Leadership Program, launched in 2019, and our 2024 Responsible AI Roundtable Series. Explore how we have been working in this field: AI Government Leadership Program The AI Government Leadership Program is preparing senior leaders across government to guide their agencies’ AI strategy. Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program The Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program is an exciting opportunity for students of all majors to gain professional experience in government. Applicants select up to two preferred career tracks, with the option to choose “Public Interest Technology and AI.” 2024 Responsible AI Roundtable Series The 2024 Responsible AI Roundtable Series offered an opportunity for federal leaders to convene on timely topics in AI.
