AI Onboarding and Professional Development Program

The AI Onboarding and Professional Development program is designed to support the development of early career and technology professionals who are new to government.

The program equips government employees in AI, cyber and technology roles with the knowledge and networks to succeed at delivering on their agency’s mission. Participants in this program will:

• Increase their knowledge of the government
• Grow a network of technology employees across the government
• Develop leadership and professional skills they can apply to their current role and use to support their career development
