Public Service AI Use Case Showcase

On May 16, 2025, the Partnership for Public Service AI Center for Government held a webinar to highlight AI use cases in government. Panelists shared concrete examples of how artificial intelligence is being used today to increase effectiveness and improve service delivery across federal, state and local government agencies. The event also covered lessons learned from implementing AI solutions and what’s required of government leaders in the age of AI.
